How To Work With Us...

About Us

Our families created Hitch & Stream because we believe marriage is a gift from God, and not one that should be taken for granted. With the 2020 pandemic stripping many couples from sealing the deal, we wanted to address a need that still kept ceremonies special, but also safe. Our experience and attention to detail has led us to where we are today. Thank you for considering us to capture your special day!

Yes. Only friends and families with your live stream page URL can view your live stream.

We will visit your location at least 72-hrs in advance to check your internet connection before your day. We have a hotspot we travel with and can over challenges, such as a location at the beach.

Do I need a marriage license to get married?

Yes. You will need to fill out an application and receive your marriage license before we can stream your wedding day. Depending on the county that your ceremony will be streamed in, you can choose an e-application to fill out or retrieve one from the Clerk’s Office of your chosen County. Your online application is valid for 60 calendar days from the day it is submitted. Please note there is a three (3) day waiting period for Florida residents that have not completed a premarital preparation course from a qualified course provider registered with the Lake County Clerk of Court. The three (3) day wait begins once the couple appears in front of the marriage license clerk to complete the application process. Qualifications: You must be at least 18 years of age to apply without parental consent. Both parties must apply in person and bring identification. Fees: $86.00 without a premarital preparation course, and there is no blood test. Payment of fee accepted in cash, money order, cashier check, Visa and Master Card. Florida Statute Requirements: All Florida applicants are subject to a 3 day waiting period.

Do I get to say my own vows, hire my own minister, invite in-person guests, etc.?

Whether it be a unity candle, sand ceremony, handfasting, coin ceremony, lasso ceremony, rings, no rings, sing songs, jump the broom, etc - we have probably seen it and can incorporated it. Products for the ritualistic traditions are not provided, but if you bring your own, we will oblige and can discuss at your booking consultation 24-hrs after you book.

Do I need a marriage license to renew my vows?

Vow renewals do not need a Marriage License as you are already married.
