Capturing the world around me
has never been just a hobby.
For me, it's a calling.
A Little About Me
Photography, and photographic gear, are my passion. I’ve been a photographer since 2009. I am a natural born teacher, with a knack for simplifying and explaining complex concepts. I have taught workshops for big and small audiences, with highly positive reviews.
I have traveled the United States in search of great photography. I spend most waking minutes with my family in nature, or planning our next big adventure. Unfortunately in 2014 I suffered a debilitating lower back injury that has changed much about my photography, and my focus.
The Adapted Lens Podcast, Vlog and Blog were created to tell the story of overcoming injury to pursue a passion, with the intent of inspiring people everywhere to put down their remote control, pick up a camera, and get exploring. I am president of Flagler Audubon Society, and own my own creative company. I live in Florida, with my wife and son, two cats and a Chiweenie.
What People Are Saying About My Trips
“The Little Big Trip was a wonderful experience for me. This adventure exceeded my expectations. The sights selected were mainly new to me, but with all the obvious careful preplanning by Jason (our guide), we were not at a loss for seeing all that was offered. His choice of accommodations for our overnight stay with meals was more than adequate, affordable, and delicious. I have wonderful memories of this trip and am looking forward to being a part of future events like this.”
